New welding technologies qualified!

Our company has qualified welding technologies for the newest bainitic steel T24 / P24 (7CrMoVTiB10-10) and martensitic creep-resistant steel VM12-SHC (VM12 - X12CrCoWVNb12-2-2). We are ready for prefabrication of boiler elements for the newest supercritical or ultrasupercritical boilers built within Europe. Currently in cooperation with Institute of Welding, Poland we are preparing a pipe welding technology for the newest European 9%Cr martensitic steel - PB2 (X13CrMoCoVNbNB9-2-1) which is a part of COST 536 programme.
Plate heat exchanger

We have just finished production of a gas-air plate heat exchanger which consists of six blocks bolted together. The total weight of complete exchanger is 30 tones. It was prefabricated for a Canadian client according to ASME regulations.
Biomass boilers and waste plants
22.01.09Together with our local and foreign partners, their knowledge and experience ZELKOT is going to produce high power biomass boilers and waste plants in the nearest future.
New technologies
29.12.08At the present moment we are working out and implementing welding technologies for newest creep resistant steels. In the last phase of our research you can find modified 2.25Cr-1Mo steel in grade 7CrMoVTiB10-10 (T24/P24) as well as the newest steel grade developed by Vallourec&Mannesmann - X12CrCoWVNb12-2-2 (VM12-SHC). In parallel we are working out welding technologies for headers pipes made out of grades X10CrMoVNb9-1 (P91) and X10CrWMoVNb9-2 (P92).
New hall

Our new assembly/production hall is now fully equipped and used for fabrication of pressure elements and vessels. Currently ZELKOT hires 50 people where total roofed production area is about 3500 square meters.

Plate exchangers

In spring our company has started fabrication of plate gas-air heat exchangers which are used in different branches of heavy industry especially in petroleum refineries. Some part of exchangers was manufactured according to ASME IX while others were produced in accordance to EN and UDT regulations.
Boiler elements
22.01.08Currently we are manufacturing feed water heaters, superheaters, collectors and down pipes for boiler for a German customer. Total weight of prefabricated elements is about 250 tones.
